A: We accept UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), credit/debit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) across India.

Q: Is Cash on Delivery available?
A: Yes! COD is available Pan India with a ₹30 handling fee. No need to pay online if you're not comfortable.

Q: How do I apply a discount code?
A: Enter your discount code at checkout in the 'Discount code' field. Current offers: WELCOME10 (10% off first order), GIFT15 (15% off above ₹599), CITYDROP20 (20% off above ₹999).

Q: Is it safe to pay on citydrop.in?
A: Absolutely. Our store is secured with SSL encryption and payments are processed through RBI-approved gateways. Your card/UPI details are never stored on our servers.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Metro cities: 3–5 days. Tier-2 cities: 5–7 days. Remote areas: 7–10 days.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes! We ship to USA, UAE, UK, Canada, Australia, Singapore, and 25+ countries. NRIs can send gifts directly to India.

Q: How do I track my order?
A: You'll receive a tracking link via email/SMS once your order is dispatched (within 24–48 hours of order).

Q: Is shipping free?
A: Free shipping on all orders above ₹599. ₹60 shipping on smaller orders.

Q: Are your products handcrafted?
A: Many of our pieces are handcrafted by Indian artisans — including the Ashoka Stambh, Kerala Kathakali, and Wooden Pen Holder. Product pages mention when a piece is handmade.

Q: Can I personalise a product?
A: Yes — our Personalised Bull Sculpture can be custom-engraved with a name or message. Email citydropglobal@gmail.com with your requirements before ordering.

Q: Do products come with gift packaging?
A: All Citydrop products arrive in protective packaging. Premium products include gift-ready boxes. We're working on gift wrapping as an add-on — coming soon!

🔄 Returns & Refunds

Q: What if my item arrives damaged?
A: Email citydropglobal@gmail.com within 7 days with your order number and photos. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund.

Q: How long do refunds take?
A: 5–7 business days for online payments. 7–10 business days for COD refunds via bank transfer.
