✅ Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for the following reasons:

  • Item arrived damaged or broken in transit
  • Wrong item delivered (different from what was ordered)
  • Item significantly different from product images/description

Note: Personalised/engraved items are non-returnable unless defective or incorrect.

🔄 How to Initiate a Return

  2. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue
  3. Our team will respond within 24 hours with next steps
  4. We'll arrange a free pickup for eligible returns

💰 Refund Timeline

  • Online payments (UPI/card/netbanking): Refunded to original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item
  • COD orders: Refunded via bank transfer within 7–10 business days — please share your bank details when you email us

🔁 Exchange Policy

Prefer an exchange over a refund? We're happy to send a replacement for damaged or incorrect items at no extra cost, subject to stock availability.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalised/engraved products (unless defective)
  • Items returned after 7 days of delivery
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
