📦 Delivery Timelines

• Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune): 3–5 business days
• Tier-2 cities (Kochi, Jaipur, Chandigarh, Lucknow, Bhopal, etc.): 5–7 business days
• Remote & Tier-3 areas: 7–10 business days
• International orders (USA, UAE, UK, Canada, Australia, etc.): 10–18 business days

💰 Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on all orders above ₹599
• ₹60 flat shipping on orders below ₹599
• International shipping: Calculated at checkout based on destination

📬 Order Processing

All orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours of payment confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays). You will receive a tracking number via email/SMS once dispatched.

🚚 Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available across India. A nominal handling fee of ₹30 applies to COD orders. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package at the delivery address.

🌍 International Shipping

We ship to 25+ countries including USA, UAE, UK, Canada, Australia, Singapore, and more. NRIs can send gifts directly to India — just enter the Indian delivery address at checkout.
